1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. The Maple Prime Go Sweepstakes Promotion (the "Promotion") is operated by Maple Digital Entertainment LLC ("Sponsor") and is available on the MaplePrimeGo.com platform (the "Platform"). The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Eligibility Requirements

The Promotion is open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements at the time of entry:

• Must be a legal resident of the United States of America (excluding residents of Washington, Idaho, and any other state where participation in sweepstakes promotions of this nature is prohibited or restricted by law).
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater.
• Must have a valid and active account on the Platform with accurate registration information.
• Must not be an employee, officer, or director of Maple Digital Entertainment LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, or any entity involved in the development or administration of the Promotion, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements. Proof of eligibility may be required prior to the awarding of any prize.

3. How to Enter and Participate

Eligible participants can obtain entries into the Promotion through the following methods:

Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Required):

• Daily Login Bonus: Log in to your Platform account each day to receive a complimentary allocation of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. The amount of the daily bonus may vary and is determined at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Mail-In Request: Send a handwritten request including your full legal name, registered email address, date of birth, and residential address on a 3"x5" card to: Maple Digital Entertainment LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, 1200 Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. Each valid mail-in request will be credited with Sweeps Coins to the account associated with the provided email address. Limit one (1) mail-in request per day per person per stamped envelope.
• Social Media Promotions: Participate in official promotions posted on Maple Prime Go's verified social media accounts to earn bonus Sweeps Coins, as described in the specific promotion terms.
• Referral Program: Refer a friend who successfully registers and meets the eligibility requirements. Both the referrer and the new registrant will receive a bonus allocation of Sweeps Coins.
• New Account Registration: Upon creating a new, eligible account on the Platform, you will receive a one-time welcome bonus of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.

Purchase Method:

• Participants may purchase Gold Coin packages through the Platform. Each Gold Coin purchase includes a bonus allocation of Sweeps Coins at no additional cost. The purchase of Gold Coins does not increase or improve the odds of winning any sweepstakes prize. Gold Coins purchased are for entertainment purposes only and have no cash value.

4. Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins Explained

The Platform utilizes two types of virtual coins:

Gold Coins (GC):

• Gold Coins are virtual tokens used exclusively for entertainment purposes on the Platform.
• Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.
• Gold Coins can be obtained for free through daily bonuses, promotions, and other free methods, or as part of optional purchase packages.
• Gold Coins can be used to play any game on the Platform in "Standard Play" mode.

Sweeps Coins (SC):

• Sweeps Coins are the promotional entries used in the Promotion.
• Sweeps Coins are obtained for free through the methods described in Section 3, or as a bonus included with Gold Coin purchases.
• Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased directly.
• Sweeps Coins can be used to play eligible games on the Platform in "Promotional Play" mode.
• Winnings earned through Promotional Play are credited to your account as additional Sweeps Coins.
• Accumulated Sweeps Coins that meet the minimum redemption threshold may be redeemed for prizes as described in Section 5.

5. Prize Redemption Process

Participants who accumulate Sweeps Coins through Promotional Play may request prize redemption subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Redemption: A minimum balance of 100 Sweeps Coins is required to submit a redemption request.
• Redemption Rate: Sweeps Coins are redeemable at a rate of 1 Sweeps Coin = $1.00 USD, subject to verification and applicable conditions.
• Verification: Before processing any redemption, the Sponsor will verify the participant's identity, eligibility, and account activity. Participants may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and other documentation as requested.
• Playthrough Requirement: Sweeps Coins must be played through at least one (1) time before they are eligible for redemption. The Sponsor may implement additional playthrough requirements for specific promotions, which will be disclosed in the applicable promotion terms.
• Processing Time: Approved redemption requests will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Prizes will be delivered via ACH bank transfer, paper check, or another method as determined by the Sponsor.
• Tax Responsibility: All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation for prizes with a value of $600 or more in a calendar year, as required by law.
• Limits: The Sponsor reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly limits on prize redemptions. Current redemption limits are displayed on the Platform.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning in any individual game depend on the specific game mechanics, including the number of possible outcomes, the game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and the random number generator (RNG) used in that game. All games on the Platform use certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

The overall odds of winning a prize in the Promotion depend on the number of Sweeps Coins played, the games selected, and the outcomes generated by the random number generators. The Sponsor does not guarantee that any participant will win a prize. Past performance in any game does not indicate or predict future results.

7. General Conditions

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Platform, or who acts in violation of these Sweepstakes Rules or the Terms & Conditions.
• By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury, death, damage, or loss of property arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
• Participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Promotion are final and binding in all matters.
• The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Sweepstakes Rules or the Promotion shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to waive any right to a trial by jury and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All claims must be brought in the participant's individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

These Sweepstakes Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
