1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MaplePrimeGo.com website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Maple Digital Entertainment LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a legal resident of the United States. Certain state exclusions may apply; residents of states where sweepstakes-based social casino platforms are prohibited or restricted by law are not eligible to participate.
• You must not be a person barred from using the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to deny or revoke access to the Platform if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Virtual Coins — No Real Currency

The Platform operates using virtual coins, including Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins (collectively, "Virtual Coins"). Virtual Coins are not real currency, do not have real-money value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents except as specifically described in our Sweepstakes Rules. Virtual Coins are licensed to you, not sold, and remain the property of the Company at all times.

You acknowledge that Virtual Coins have no intrinsic value and that the Company may modify, manage, regulate, control, or eliminate Virtual Coins at its sole discretion. The Company shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that the Company exercises any such rights.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to play games on the Platform. Upon registration, eligible players receive a complimentary allocation of Virtual Coins. Additional Virtual Coins can be obtained through daily login bonuses, promotions, referral programs, and other free methods of entry as described in our Sweepstakes Rules. Optional purchase packages are available but are never required to access or enjoy the Platform's games and features.

5. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your account with any other person.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@mapleprimego.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each person may maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accrued Virtual Coins.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Platform.
• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or design flaws in any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in any form of cheating or manipulation.
• Selling, trading, transferring, or otherwise conveying your account or Virtual Coins to any third party.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or imposes an unreasonable burden on the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Platform staff.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game designs, and compilations thereof, is the property of Maple Digital Entertainment LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any Virtual Coins associated with your account will be forfeited.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@mapleprimego.com. Upon voluntary termination, any remaining Virtual Coins in your account will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or transferred.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect, either by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending notification to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. We encourage you to check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
